To provide exceptionally tasting pork we source all our pork from Yorkshire farms. Recognised for their quality we specialise in British breeds, including Large White and Landrace and also Duroc breeds known for their juiciness and flavour. We have a wide variety of products available and we are extremely passionate and proud to profile some of the lesser known cuts.
