BEEF

Our beef is selected from cattle which has been naturally raised and grass fed from our chosen farms predominately across North and West Yorkshire, and occasionally Lancashire. We specialise in Dexter, Longhorn and Limousin breeds, our beef is naturally dry-aged by our skilled butchers in our controlled environment, resulting in a concentrated flavour and tenderness.
